ABOUT ME

Being a woman-owned, small business owner for over 20 years it has given me the privilege to freedom and controlling my own calendar. I do not know any other way to live my life than to have the flexibility a business owner can have versus working for someone else. Over the years I have acquired real estate, started other businesses and learned that the IRS favors business owners and real estate professionals giving most maximum tax breaks and capturing the depreciation benefits that the tax codes can offer. What I have learned I want you to learn and it all starts with owning a business.
Out of many businesses that I have owned and do own - the one that holds close to my heart was my construction company because it meant getting local families into their first home that they own.
However, my real passion was to start a consulting business to mentor other business owners or start-ups and guide them into running a successful operation - especially in Hawai'i. There's nothing else I want to see is there are successful small business owners that believe in their product and/or services and be able to operate their business for the rest of their lives.
